Frequently Asked Questions
It doesn't — both tools run the identical time-range calculation. This one is framed around clock-in/clock-out punch times, but the underlying math and input format (comma-separated HH:MM-HH:MM) are the same.
Enter each in/out pair separated by a comma, e.g. 09:00-12:30,13:15-17:45 — each pair is calculated separately and totaled.
No — it only totals the hours between the times you enter. It doesn't compare against a scheduled shift start/end time.
It's useful for a quick personal total, but for official payroll you should still rely on your company's actual time-tracking/attendance system.
