They're inverses of the same relationship: RoAS = ad revenue ÷ ad spend (higher is better), ACoS = ad spend ÷ ad revenue × 100 (lower is better). Both are shown so you can read whichever metric you're used to.

It's a standard PPC guideline, not something this tool calculates from your actual margin (margin isn't an input here) — if your ACoS is higher than your product's actual profit margin, the campaign is likely losing money once product costs are factored in. Check your margin separately.
