Quota Attainment % = Actual Sales ÷ Quota/Target × 100.
This varies by company compensation plan — some pay full commission only at 100%+ attainment, others use accelerators above 100% or reduced rates below a threshold. This tool only computes the raw attainment percentage, not your specific commission payout.
Match it to how your quota is actually set — if your quota is quarterly, use quarterly actual sales; mixing periods will give a misleading percentage.
Win Rate measures deal-count conversion (won ÷ total closed deals). Quota Attainment measures revenue achieved against a target, which could be hit with fewer, larger deals or more, smaller deals.
