No — around 40 common English stopwords are filtered out of the ranking, so the top 10 list reflects meaningful, potentially-topical words rather than being dominated by filler words that would otherwise appear most frequently in any text.

Any sequence of 3 or more letters/digits — 1-2 letter words are excluded, and the stopword filter removes another ~40 very common short words on top of that.

Each word's occurrence count divided by the total number of 3+ letter words in the text (including stopwords in that total denominator), shown as a percentage.

There's no single universally agreed number — modern SEO guidance generally favors natural writing over hitting a specific density target, since search engines evaluate relevance and quality more holistically than raw keyword repetition.
